PCC Division

  • ZRTS – Gibbz – Taccom 9mm PCC
    • Lower: ZRTS-1 9mm Glock lower, JP yellow springs, Blitzkreig hydraulic buffer with short stroke spacer, 308 carbine spring and MFT Minimalist stock
    • Upper: Gibbz side charger with Taccom extreme feed barrel with muzzle break and Taccom 9mm bolt
    • Bushnell TRS-25 primary and Vortex Venom secondary
    • Mix: 124gr BB RN. 125gr BlB RN, Fiocchi 115gr, Federal Syntech 150gr ammo
    • ETS 40 round mag

Stage 5

  • Mix of BBs, BlBs and Fiocchis in the bottom
  • Box 1 and 2- good splits, good start
  • Box 3 – splits need to be appropriate for the target type; probably when the Fiocchi’s kicked in, with higher recoil impulse
  • Lost sequence for the last array – plan the path so the array is presented in the correct sequence
  • 13th out of 52

Stage 1

  • Fiocchi’s topped of with the last 10 Syntech 150s
  • On Make Ready, I should’ve clued in on the fact the first round got stuck chamber top. A second attempt did the same, so I forced it in by pressing on the top round so it wouldn’t hit the top of the chamber. First 2 shots feed fine, the third jams. It takes forever to fix as I strip all the Syntechs off the mag. I was confident the 10 would be fine so I didn’t even bring a backup mag. Maybe they weren’t 150s? Could’ve been 130s as those did the same a few matches back.
  • Once it got going, shot the plan. Too much time eaten; 56th.

Stage 2

  • Little bit off sequence approaching the end, but drove it back.
  • 10th

Stage 3 Classifier

  • Clean; 19th.

Stage 4

  • Planned for shortest travel and shot targets as they became available on the move, so the sequence wasn’t straight up L-R or R-L.
  • Shot the plan; 12th.

The Good

  • Shooting on the move
  • Stage 2
    • 90% on the move
    • Quick make-up on the missed steel, in time for the maxtrap
    • Not letting Stage 1 affect me
  • Keeping at it

Needs Improvement

  • No more Syntechs for this system.

Finished 17th out of 69 overall and 7th out of 16 in PCC.
